  • Do you ship internationally?
    Right now we’re focusing on Australia but check back regularly or email us for an update.
  • Help! My treats arrived broken
    We try to make sure every treat arrives to your Little Buddy’s satisfaction. We also avoid using un-necessary fillers so sometimes our treats break in the mail. When that happens take a photo before you open the packet and send us an email so we can help you out.
  • My treats haven't arrived yet
    All our treats are sent with Australia Post tracking numbers. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update in the Australia Post system. Estimated shipping times can be found under the shipping section of our website. If your package hasn't arrived within this window, send us an email and we'll look into it for you.
  • Are your treats healthy?
    We ensure all our products are made from organic, human grade ingredients so, as part of a balanced diet, there’s no problem with feeding them to your pets. However, we always recommend to check with your Vet first if you have any concerns.
