We try to make sure every treat arrives to your Little Buddy’s satisfaction. We also avoid using un-necessary fillers so sometimes our treats break in the mail.

When that happens take a photo before you open the packet and send us an email so we can help you out.

All our treats are sent with Australia Post tracking numbers. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update in the Australia Post system.
